title icon'90 Day Fiance': Shaeeda agrees to sign a prenup before marrying Bilal, but only after a 'business deal'

A 90-day Fiancé Shared and Bilal have learned that marriage requires compromise. A sneak peeks at Sunday's episode shows the soon-to-be newlyweds negotiating the terms of their prenuptial agreement just days before their wedding, as Shaeeda talks about her desire to become a mother.

"My fiancé and I were just talking about how we wanted something that belongs to us, and I didn't know what to say," Shared confesses. He nods in agreement, "I understand."

In addition, Shared, 37, shares that she wants to have a child before she turns 40."Although some people may be able to conceive children, it sometimes takes time," Bilal, 42, explains."That's like out of our control, but I just want to make sure you're as eager to have a child," Shaeeda confirms."I guess so," Bilal says, looking down at the ground.

His response is not well received by Shared. She pleads with him, "I guess so?" "I need an answer," she says. As we approach the wedding, 'guess so' is no longer an option. We must either say yes or no."

"Do you plan to have a child before you turn 40?" Bilal answers."Yeah, I thought we were both on the same page when we talked about having children," said Shared. "I would also like a written version of this if that is okay."

In response, Bilal pauses for a moment before replying, "I can agree to that."Bilal reveals his feelings about Shaeeda's agreement to a prenuptial agreement in a confessional.

The fact that Shaeeda will sign this agreement even though she doesn't necessarily want to demonstrate her willingness to compromise, he says. And I am certainly open to compromising as well, so whatever she wants to include, I am 100% open to including as well."

However, Bilal says it is more about the timing that makes him hesitant about having children. In his opinion, having a child right now wouldn't be the best decision at the moment.

Bilal admits to the camera, "I have concerns about having children too early since she will be coming to the country and all the other changes will be too much for us." He adds, "But I am willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that we do not lose her."

As they continue their conversation, Shaeeda tells Bilal to "shake hands" on the new terms. He goes for Shaeeda's hand, just using his pinky finger: "Ok, it's not pinky - we don't do it - don't you do a pinky swear?" Laughing, Bilal goes for her hand, just using his pinky finger.

"The whole five fingers, the whole five fingers," Shaeeda said as she reached out to shake her fiancé's hand."Ah, we're like businesses, Bilal says in jest."I'm thinking like an American," Shaeeda repeats before she ends the clip with the sentence, "business."

It has been a sore topic in the conversation for the couple before because Shaeeda was blindsided when Bilal brought up the prenuptial agreement given that she left Trinidad and Tobago for the United States.

A confessional interview with Shaeeda finds her in a state of shock. It was only before I arrived that Bilal mentioned the possibility of a prenuptial agreement, and I was firmly against it. We didn't discuss it again. I didn't even know that he was thinking about a prenuptial agreement, let alone hiring a lawyer."

The couple still hadn't settled the matter as Bilal Shaeeda asked, "Are you ever going to cheat on me? Are you ever going to divorce me? Okay, well, [the prenup papers] here don't matter."The cameras saw Shaeeda tell the cameras, "I feel as if Bilal does not trust me.". Since he used to think he was getting married for life, and the woman he married left him, I believe he has a trust issue, and I want to pay the price for everything that has happened to him in the past.".
