title iconJeopardy winner from Jacksonville will compete again

In Jacksonville, Florida, Emmie T. began auditioning for Jeopardy! She was just 16 years old at the time. She checked a bucket list item off her list after competing in a game show on Thursday night, going head-to-head against two other competitors and winning it. For the majority of the game, she remained in second place. She chose not to answer many of the questions in the first round, which placed her in second place. The reality is that during Double Jeopardy, she stepped on the gas a bit, nailing questions about pop culture and geography.

She was the only competitor to correctly answer the question, putting her at the top of the leaderboard. She is a human resources specialist at Spherion Jacksonville, according to her company's website. In May, Spherion flew out to Los Angeles following the show's rigorous online test and auditions. The company she works for told her that Ken Jennings was a very nice and funny host.
