The 8th Auditions of AGT 2022 - Meet the Acts

A tap dancer from down under, a singing fairy, and a singer who helped her hometown cope with tragedy are this week's featured artists. At the bottom of the page is a gallery of photos of the acts auditioning on the eighth night of auditions.

Auzzy Blood

The Ghost Light Odyssey describes itself as a modern cabaret that mixes EDC, nightlife, and circus with a hint of naughtiness. There are several dangerous stunts he performs, including corkscrews, meat hooks, sword swallowing, and more. Additionally, he has appeared at Cirque Du Soleil.

Ava Swiss 

The 18-year-old singer hails from the Detroit Area and sings angelic pop music. After performing "Rise Up" at her Oxford high school in the aftermath of a shooting, she recorded a version. Here is more information about how she helped heal her community. 

Bayley Graham 

This is a New Zealand tap dancer who specializes in hip hop. It would seem that Bayley achieved great success this year on TVNZ's talent show 60 Seconds. It is also worth mentioning that she has won numerous other awards and competitions in the dance field. 

Catwall Acrobats

They perform acrobatic feats such as Trampwall, Butterfly Trampoline, Powertrack, Teeterboard, Russian Swing, Cyr Wheel, and Sway poles. This group consists of international performers who perform in a wide range of venues around the globe. There have been many festivals and TV shows where they have performed. Ciara Hines & Trey Rich 

The two best friends have won competitions together as a super talented dance duo. The two dancers, however, are both accomplished. Performing in several competitions, Trey is a New York/LA based dancer, as well as an Immerse Artist Elite and Platinum Dance Apprentice. Here is Ciara's 1st Place Performance on Instagram Tik Tok. Debii Dawson 

The voice of Debbii is very unique and combines indie pop and R&B influences. Described as a singer-songwriter-producer, she writes songs for a variety of different genres. Her original hometown was Minnesota, but she has since relocated to San Francisco and then Los Angeles, where she has been based ever since. 

Don McMillan 

There are a number of viral videos featuring Don, including one that appeared on Dry Bar. Due to his engineering background, his comedy revolves around that. CBS Business Network named him #1 corporate comedian. A number of television shows have featured him, including The Tonight Show, HBO, and Comedy Central. In 2007, he won $100,000 as Comedy Grand Champion on Star Search, which he quit after 15 years in the tech industry. 

Duo Mico 

This duo has won several awards. The name Maxime and Caroline is derived from their names. Caroline hails from Boston, Massachusetts, while Maxime comes from Quebec. X Land of the Fantasy, a group of strings from Cirque Du Soleil in Hangzhou, China (2019) debuted in three short months after Caroline was called to audition in spite of having never played strings before. As well as appearing on China's Got Talent in 2021 and earning a golden buzzer, the duo has also participated in a number of festivals.

 Freckled Zelda 

The real-life fairy dresses like she's a fairy, describes herself as a "music fairy", and has 7 million followers on Tik Tok. The NBC broadcast of her audition reveals that she received four yeses after singing "Colors of the Wind." Simon Cowell told her she shouldn't play her "flute-like" instrument again, but it's what has made her the most viral. Despite having an online store, she has a large following. Gina Stahl-Haven

San Francisco-based comedian Gina performs stand-up comedy. As well to consulting, she teaches Rhetoric and Communication at the University of San Francisco. Being a mom and having a romantic relationship is central to her comedy. There are tags on her page like mommy be crazy and comedy. 

Jessica Fishenfeld 

A versatile performer, Jessica Fishenfeld brings her own unique style to the stage. There are many facets to her act, including aerial, acting, opera singing, as well as incorporating comedy into it. There is a lot of time that she spends in Savannah, Georgia as well as in New York City.

Kim Evey

The LA-based comedian began her career in Seattle and has years of experience. As a guest cast member on Almost Live!, she won an Emmy for her performance. Additionally, she was a founding member of the critically acclaimed long-form improv group Kings' Elephant Theater.

Maxence Vire 

His performance on La France a un Incroyable Talent qualified him for the semifinals. As a Golden Buzzer, he was a grand finalist and winner of Spain's Got Talent.

RCC Aruba
