The search for the next round of Contestants for "American Idol" is coming to Virginia next week, and Virginia is one of the states on the list. Monday, November 18th, is the first day of virtual auditions for America's Got Talent, the reality singing competition.

As a result of the auditions, the organizers state that contestants for "American Idol" stand a good chance of being recognized as the next 'American Idol,' as we enter season six of the show on ABC. Participants will be able to audition face-to-face with producers and receive real-time feedback.

“The Idol Across America” initiative will be hosting virtual auditions in all 50 states over the next few months.

As you may remember, Mike Parker, Dan Marshall, and Kenedi Anderson were three of the Virginia contestants who made it onto the show last season. It was a great achievement for Parker to make it to the top ten of the competition.
