Robert Windsor, a defensive tackle for the Indianapolis Colts, announced his retirement from the NFL on Wednesday night.
Windsor, who missed the entire 2021 season due to surgery, is ending his NFL career after just two seasons.
In the 2020 NFL draft, the Colts selected Windsor in the sixth round out of Penn State. The rookie played nine snaps on the defensive side of the ball in two games during his rookie year.
Before the final roster cuts were made, Windsor was placed on the injured reserve list due to a hip injury.
