How to unlock all Mario Golf characters and courses

Nintendo Switch Online has just released Mario Golf from the Nintendo 64 catalog. When it was released at the time, the game was a fantastic party game and it continues to be a fun time to this day. It was and still is a good time, even though it lacks a few features that modern Mario Golf games all have. While the game has a lot to offer, unlocking everything can be a bit tedious. As a result, there are two ways you can unlock all of the characters and courses.

You can find the challenge section of the main menu if you are a person who needs to earn everything you unlock. In order to unlock each character, you must beat them in a round of golf. Once the character has been defeated, they will be playable for the next round.

Tournament mode is where you need to be if you want to unlock the courses. As you play, you will earn gold coins. The next course will be available once you have unlocked enough gold coins. It's that easy!

You are not to blame if you wish to skip all of that and unlock all the courses and characters right away. Unlocking characters can be an arduous process since the CPU takes its turn without the ability to fast forward or skip. According to Reddit, there is a handy dandy cheat code that unlocks almost everything in the game.

During the start-up menu, press the following buttons in the exact same order:

An audible chime will be heard when the correct combination of buttons is pressed. Following that, you will be able to unlock all characters and all courses except the final one. Due to the confusing button mapping on the Joy-Cons, I found it easiest to use the left controller's directional buttons for the d-pad and the right controller's control stick for the c-buttons.
