The summer sale for digital WoW products has begun for World of Warcraft

A sale generates as much hype as a new expansion pack for World of Warcraft, Dragonflight. World of Warcraft digital products are on sale now for the 2022 Summer Sale, including a cosmetics pack and a mini pet.

Besides Dragonflight pre-orders, almost every other item on the digital store is included in the 2022 World of Warcraft Summer Sale. However, the pre-orders themselves are not included in the sale.

During the World of Warcraft Summer Sale, players can pick up the Midsummer Night's Pack, which includes the adorable new pet Lil' Ursoc, along with nine other cosmetic items added during the past two years. In total, there are three pets, four mounts, two outfit transmogs, and a toy included in the pack.

While the pack's price decreases from $180 to $65, if a player already has items from the pack, the price automatically adjusts.

In addition to the discount on Shadowlands, many other items in the World of Warcraft digital store will be available as well. For $20, new World of Warcraft players will get full access to Shadowlands. Also on sale are the Dark Portal Pass and Burning Crusade Classic Deluxe Edition.

Additionally, the majority of the cosmetics in the store are discounted by up to 50% off. Many game services are also discounted by up to 30% off. This sale is set to last until July 4th.

The timing of this sale couldn't be better because several sales and promotions are promoting World of Warcraft Patch 9.2.5 and cross-faction play, which has many former players curious about what the game offers.

Although the minion of the bear god Ursoc is undeniably cute, the bear god died during the Ardenweald Afterlives shortly before Shadowlands.

Due to this minion's presence, many people have speculated that it may have been designed for a cut side quest where players could resurrect the fallen Wild God.

While pre-orders have now gone live for World of Warcraft's Dragonflight expansion, the game is expected to ship before the end of the year.

Many Worlds of Warcraft fans are skeptical about whether the developer will be able to follow through with its plans, but this summer's Summer Sale has certainly gotten people talking about World of Warcraft.
