All Three Bioshock Games Are Presently Free On PC

No "Would you kindly" jokes for me today. I won't make them. That's not me. Plus, you don't need to be brainwashed to realize what a terrific deal it is to get all three Bioshock games on PC for free through the latest Epic Games Store giveaway.

With today's release of the Epic Games Store, you can download, install, and grab Bioshock: The Collection on PC. Among the games in this bundle are remastered and improved versions of Bioshock, Bioshock 2, and Bioshock: Infinite.

Also included in the collection are all of the single-player DLC packs for the games, including the well-loved Bioshock 2 DLC, Minerva's Den. Upon creating an account and redeeming the game, it's yours forever. The offer is only valid for PC versions.

The deal on the Bioshock Collection for 0 cents and 0 dollars ends on June 2, so don't wait too long. The next giveaway will take place after that. This week it's Borderlands 3.

At least I, and many others, believe Bioshock and Bioshock 2 to be immersive simulations. The games aren't regarded as deep or as interesting mechanically as older imsim hits like System Shock or newer genre entries like Prey.

Whatever the case, in Bioshock and its sequel, you explore Rapture, a creepy and mostly abandoned underwater city.

A utopian society once existed, but greed, superpowers, and the rich ruined everything. Not surprising. Throughout the games, you'll be able to upgrade your superpowers and weapons, helping you take down splicers, the deadly remaining residents of the underwater utopian society.

There's something different about Bioshock Infinite. While it does have some of the same powers and mechanics as the first two games, it is more of a straight-up shooter. In Infinite, you control Booker; a man sent to save a girl hidden inside a tower in a floating city run by a madman.

Be prepared for some very blunt and not particularly sophisticated political allegories if it's your first time playing the game in 2022. You'll find a fun, action-packed, and beautifully made shooter with a trippy ending and lots of DLC if you can get past some of that stuff.

It's worth playing all three games, especially if they're free, which we've established you can do. Just visit the Epic Games Store and download them before June 2. Perhaps one day we will see a new Bioshock game. That would be even better than Infinite. Let's hope so!

Thank You!
